Bosch not draining

Hi,

I have a Bosch WFL 2060 which I purchased recently and it hasn't been draining (since we got it). It completes the wash cycle, but then stops after attempting to drain for a little bit.

I have checked:
- drain pump works fine
- drain pipe is not blocked
- filter is not blocked
- sump joining the drum and pump is clear

What the filter should look like


Could the pump not create the suction it needs because this piece is broken?

Yes that's correct you need a new one.
