BOSCH SGS43T52GB/21 DISHWASHER..WONT DRAIN

Hi guys
i have a issue with my machine, it seems to fill,wash, and heat water ok but when i think it should be draining it doesn't

it has fitted to it a drain pump with this info. 2BEBS 024/0053A CLF 207-05 9000067478 230-240V 50HZ 30W. i have taken the pump off and it does not appear to be seized in any way but its really hot..is this normal? please help
