bosch washing machine door stuck - help!!

hi,

My very old Bosch WTT 1800 washing machine's door is stuck, with the door light blinking away and finished laundry inside ... does anyone have any suggestions to fix this? I have tried turning off and turning on again, and tried re-washing the clothes 4 times now. My favourite stuff is in there - any ideas on how to magically get this door to open? THANK YOU!
