Bosch Washing Machine - WVT 12840 GB/04

Issues continue. Now the washing machine seems to be playing up.

We have a Bosch Front Loading Washing Machine (WVT 12840 GB/04) - 5kg, 1400 rpm.

It has suddenly started making a strange whurring noise towards the end of the washing cycle. Sound is similar to a small engine aircraft.

So far it has only happened once, but is this a sign of a significant issue/replacement?

Okay. Managed to open the front and find some coins stuck in the filter. Reattached everything and now the washing machine displays an error message "STOP".

Any ideas?

We don't have the manual....
