Hi, I found that the drum is very loose & it now it will not start.
How can I tighten the drum up please?

Perhaps the bearings have failed, has the belt come off? If it is the bearings it is probably a major strip down job to replace them, depending on which actual model of Bosch you have.

I had a new drum put in around 6 months ago its a mAXX1200 WF02460Au
