Boss fit adapters coming loose

The filling boss adapters keep coming loose short while after pushing them back in. When toilet is used (soil pipe above) it leaks. Any idea how to repair? They are rubber asapters

Remove and replace the Adaptors, I'd guess they've shrunk for whatever reason and are no longer fit for purpose. Make sure Boss socket is clean before inserting new Adaptors.

They look like polypipe strap bosses for push fit.
You shouldn't use any sort of lubricant on them water only when inserting into boss and pipe into adaptor.

The strap boss adaptors have not "shrunk". Not even "for whatever reason". The fittings have been installed incorrectly - correctly installed they will not leak.
A pic showing the full pipe runs of the two 40mm connecting waste pipes would help - both waste pipes appear to be too low.

You would do best to remove the present fittings - clean the soil pipe - & use a McAlpine Mechanical Soil Pipe Boss Connector.

I did clean fitting and they snapped in and out duct tape as a temp repair. I notice when toilet soil pipe from right gets flushed it causes a very slow leak.. there is a downward slant on both 32 and 40mm pipe

Unfortunately they haven't been fitted in the most pragmatic of ways - It's right on the downwash area from the toilet outflow so any weak point will be highlighted.

If I was repairing then I'd discard the rubber adapters and remake using solvent weld adapters. The 2 pipes could also be tee'd into 1x50mm pipe and then only one entry into the stack used via a 50mm SW boss adapter.

You could tie-in the 32mm waste into the 40mm pipe - & using 45* fittings drop down & come over with a very shallow fall into the McAlpine I mentioned.

If the above proposal sounds a bit complicated then dont tie-in.
You could use two McAlpine boss connectors but you will still have to have adjust the pipes so that they have slight falls as they enter the McAlpine's.

Clips are needed - spacers are available to pull the clips out.

He just changed to solvent weld and it works
