Bossed render - some advice please

I'm looking to buy a property in Scotland, home reports are still compulsory here and there is mention of an area of 'bossed render' at the posterior of the property. On inspection, there is an area surrounding a window (double glazing was done about 3 years ago), whic seems to have been re-cemented; there is also a crack visible.

I'm seriously thinking of putting an offer in for this place, but was wondering if the bossed render has any structural implications or if there's anything else I should be worrying about in the long term.
