The next task arises, insulating the loft.
I'm a bit stuck on how to insulate under the box gutter. Obviously has very poor access ( I can get my arm in).
I think the 2 options could be trying to get loft roll in and tap it down slightly, or use thermal beads to allow it to flow into all the gaps. Any thoughts?
The rest of the roof space is insulated at ceiling level and boarded over. No area has a vapour barrier (pre my ownership). Dry ridge, eaves ventilation, breather membrane.
Will also need to poke some insulation down towards the sofit and fasica (will maintain an air gap).
