At least he had a helmet on. Two kids past me on a Moped tonight with no helmets. Went through a red light and narrowly missed by 4 x 4
Well, whatever he was doing, he shouldn’t have been doing it on a moped that he was not licensed or insured to be riding. All bleeding hearts and flowers for him at the moment but what if HE had run down another person, seriously hurting or even killing them? Would he be a sweet innocent boy then?
