BPT C/200 intercom handset upgrade

Hi all, I live in a flat and have an old BPT handset. I want to replace it with a more modern/handsfree one like the BPT Perla audio unit rather than a telephone, but I don't know what would be compatible (cannot change anything downstairs). Ideally I would also like a camera but at my flat front door, not the downstairs door.

Is it a single flat or a block with other people ? What does the panel downstairs look like ? Post picture …any 200 series handset / wall station should work IF it is a BPT system ….this may not be the case as some other manufacturers did use this handset !

Hi, it’s a block with others. Thank you! I will post a picture of downstairs when I’m home later. I really want to replace it with one of the more minimalist/modern hands free units though like the one linked (that don’t look like a telephone). Are any of these likely to be compatible?

No you can’t mix with any other brand … it’s got to be BPT to be FULLY compatible
