Roughly, how long should it take to do brandering lining and plasterboarding to a kitchen ceiling 6f x 7f?

Can you elaborate on why/how the brandering fits in?
That aside, Couple of hours I’d have thought on such a small area

I’d never heard of it either, but google tells me it’s to do with battens that you fix (plastering) laths to. So that made me think it’s some kind of listed renovation job, but then I saw plasterboard. The mind boggles
