We believed our project manager when he said the tiles we were using in the kitchen extension would work perfectly outdoors on the patio.

And they do look good (and seem not to have cracked through the winter) but they are absolutely lethal when wet.

My question is - can anyone recommend a prodcut (anti-slip?) that we can use on the patio tiles? My wife wants us to rpelace the tiles but there must be an alternative - they were expensive (and match the internal tiles of course).

thanks in advance, :)

What are the tiles ? can you provide a photo?

there are some products around that can etch the surface, but you have to be careful which material you use it on

You can get transparent non-slip coatings, does not etch the surface either.
