Breaker tripping under load

Thanks everyone for your replies, I understand now, not being an electrician I was wondering is a mistake had been made but yes I only have 3.7kW to play with, it is interesting to have to swap heating for coffee but the coffee wins every time.

I will look into oil based heaters, I was scouting out for portable storage heaters but couldn't find anything, if these behave the same way then problem solved.
