Issue with one electrical outlet tripping RCD

I presume that fan heater is double insulated and without a 3rd wire for earth connection.

Also does the heater's thermostat operating cause a trip?
I'm drawn to some kind of intermittent fault with that twin SSO or the cabling behind it. Any mice in the house?

Okay, I'll write this way with the plug top removed, how many wires can be seen connected? If only two (brown & Blue) then the heater will be double insulated and probably of all plastic construction body. Leakage to earth from via all-plastic body is highly unlikely.

I've never heard of such a thing!
The first three of my collection that I've just looked at. Mind you, even if they weren't Class II, and had an earth connection, it wouldn't really be "Class I" in the sense of providing protection against electric shock, since none of them have any remotely touchable metal parts! ....
