breaking wall

Hi, need some advice. In my room I have a disused chimney wall. I want to make the room larger by breaking this chimney wall but I'm a bit worried about damaging the ceilling and the other wall it's attached to. Grateful for any tips. Thank you.

Don't forget that your chimney will continue up from this and you'll need to take the rest of the stack down too if you don't want it landing in your room.
