Hi there,
I am in a new build and still within my snagging period, so if I need to, I will get this logged.

Noticed today that one of the rear breath bricks is really wet. It hadn't rained, was pretty cold and there is a water butt in front of it, so nothing had dribbled down onto it. It is good to see it is doing it's job, but just wanted to check this is a normal amount?

There is another rear breath brick on the other end of the house and this had nothing on it.

What do you guys think?

Not a builder so not sure but maybe it's doing what it's supposed to and letting the trapped warm air condense and then drain out rather than causing damp above the DPC?

Thank you. Ok, will keep an eye on it.

Theres probably a few labourers trapped there.
