hi there, need some advice,i got a wall,3ft high and nearly 1ft wide,its been rendered and painted years ago.
I want to build 3 plinths on it,1 each end and 1 in the middle,2 bricks wide and 4 high with a 1ft square,30mm deep concrete pyramind pier cap on top of each.
now can I lay the first 2 bricks straight onto the top of the wall,or do I have to score the paint and plaster first for the plinth to tie to the wall,or mybe use some bonding agent first,
