Hi,

Selector handle came off on traditional style manual bath and shower mixer. I have taken handle appart and found that rod that is used to lift internal selector plunger is broken. This is where the handle is screwed to the body of the mixer.

This piece is made of brass, on one side has lever that lifts or drops plunger/selector to select shower or bath. On the other side has tread where handle is srewed in.

Is there any merchant / website that sells parts for manual bath mixers?

Any ideas?

Merchants like to sell you a whole new unit!

The only way you are likely to get spare parts is if you know the make and model and its a known expensive brand then you might have a small chance.

If its made by Pookoo Industry Co., Ltd in China then its unlikely !

Thanks Agile,

It's made by Beaumont ( or at least is branded as such) , I found new unit ( 3/4 mixer for £130) it's interesting that they offer 10 year warranty for new products?

I got phone No from merchant that supposed to be manufacturer?

So perhaps I may be able to get back to them on the basis of warranty.
