Hi all first time posting - hopefully this will make sense!

*Photos included to illustrate*

I have child safety hinges on my windows but in my daughters room it’s gliding freely up and down the track and not latching in to the stopper on one side (so the window opens completely rather than stops at a point until you press the open button).

I can see where the issue is being caused, but I’m stumped on how to fix or even if it can be fixed without replacing the hinges? I’m yet to find an exact replica of the hinges.

If it helps these are nationwide windows and the hinges have d1114 marked on them.

Thanks so much in advance for any help/advice.

Edit: these windows are only 3/4 years old on new build property
