My partner removed the bedroom radiator yesterday and the the piece of metal that goes into the plastic on/off knob sheared off. Half of it is in the plastic knob and half of it is still attached to the valve.

Can this be replaced easily? If yes how? Do I need to drain the system?

Please help!

Or if theres enough left on the valve turn on with a pair of pliers and use the other valve to isolate in future
