Broken Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TVR)

Hi All,

I bought a house which used to have kids in. All the radiators used to have TVR's fitted to them but some genius has snapped the white plastic off the top of the valves so they can't be altered.

Can you get replacement plastic bits or can i buy the units and just screw the plastic bits off the top of the new ones onto the valves on the radiator?

Depends what make, model and how old they are.

It would probably be just as cheap to buy the whole valve and just use the heads if available.
