Brother Wants New Taps

My brother has asked me if in a few weeks time i can fit him some new bath taps.

The end of the bath that holds the taps is tight up against the wall, when i take the side panel off between the bath and the wall there is barley enough room for me to fit both my hand and a tool whilst turning them.

Any ideas?
