BT In Touch 1000

Hello All.
I have a problem that I hope you can help me with.

A few days ago I purchased from ebay a Bt in touch 1000 phone for my ageing mother. The Idea was that she could use the inbuilt emergency button or pendant to ring my phone if she felt unwell or had a fall at night. I have stored our phone number into all the available memory stores. However when the emergency button is pressed the phone rings a careline company who then ring the original owner of the phone. Can I somehow erase the careline number and install our number into this hidden memory.

I don't think you can program the button yourself, it has to be done by the equipment in a "careline" type control centre.
