Seems like a stupid question, but a customer has lost the screws for their BT NTE5 Filtered faceplate. Can't remember off hand what version it is, but I think it's at least MK3, meaning it's self tapping screws rather than M3's.

Question is, what size are they? And where can I get them? In quantities less than 100

They are raised-countersunk 3mm screws. Overall length is 11mm. Thread length 8mm.
Seeing as length for raised countersunk should be measured like this...

...they are actually 10mm screws.

Closest I can find on eBay is number 4 3/8 inch screws, which are actually 2.9mm by 9.5mm.

Gaz :)

Thanks buddy. Would a panhead fit d'ya think? Seem to be a lot easier to find than raised countersunk. Or normal countersunk I suppose...

Would a panhead fit d'ya think?

The top of the head of the screw sits 0.5mm recessed into the front surface of the plate, so I think pan heads would stick out slightly proud of the plate and look odd.

Your only options really are raised countersunk or normal countersunk. A bugle head would fit, but don't seem to be available in 3mm diameter.
