I have a BT Synergy 3505.............Works a treat, but alas the LCD readout is Kaput even when inputting new numbers or using the internal call, is the phone repairable or is destined for the scrapheap, your thoughts appreciated.

I had a similar problem with a different phone handset. The display only worked if I squeezed the case. I cured that by removing the back and tightening the screws that held the circuit boards sandwiched together inside.
Mine seems to a sealed unit, but I get the point, some years ago our digital timer for the central heating went the same way, but with a squeeze the numbers came to life, ah well, will purchase new one when budget allows.Thanks for the input
