buffer tank sizing

i am currently building my house and i wanna install a buffer tank.i am gonna heat the buffer using a condensing boiler but i will mainly use a stanley solid fuel stove to heat the buffer. the buffer is gonna suppply 15 rads and also a 300l hot water cylinder,i was wondering what size buffer tank would i need and is there a formula for calculating the size of a buffer tank
