Building a Bath into a Frame???

I'm looking to install a new Bath. I want it in a surround, for that built-in look.

One side & one end will be hard up against the wall, but I want to leave 10mm, so the MultiPanel I'm doing the walls in doesn't make the lip of the bath look odd.

Any tips how I should build the Frame?
