Building A Brick Shed

I plan on building a brick shed soon at the end of my garden 10ft x 8ft.

I understand that by the current rules I do not need planning or regs as I meet the permitted development conditions.

For an out building shall I just use a single skin of brick or do a brick and block with a small cavity.

I plan on 2.2m to the eves with a pitch roof on top of that. what would the best foundation depth be for this little project?
