I'm considering placing a timber decking platform on top of a row of 1m high gabion baskets. The deck would generally be used for plant pots and some storage, but needs to be robust enough to hold someone's weight for maintenance, etc. Is there are sensible way to connect the frame for the decking to the gabion basket or the rocks within it?
