Building a garden room base frame

I'm building a 5 x 4m base for a garden room to sit on.

I have loads of 6x2 timber from another job, and will be using this to make a base.

We want longevity of the base, so should we use joist hangers or hex-head landscaping screws?

Fixings won’t make much difference , keeping the frame off the ground will.
