Hi all

I am in the very early stages (aka "hey, let's build a shed!") of building a secure shed to store our bikes, garden furniture and bbq.

I think that I understand the basics of trying to avoid damp/condensation;
  • Build the floor on a raised platform, which itself is above the ground
    Have adequate ventilation
    DPC between the floor and the ground
    "sensible" roofing (ply + felt)

What else should I consider? Should I install a double skin inner wall? What would the inner skin be made of?

Nothing else, just pay attention to weatherproofing the shed once built, maintain it and spray any metal parts (over winter) with a rust preventative and enjoy...pinenot :)
