We need to build somewhere to keep a couple of large buggies for a childcare setting (run from our garden). It's a bit big for any pre-built plastic 'bin store' type product we can find, the basic thing needs to be about 2x1.5m and roofed with 1m clearance inside.

The main debate we're having is how weather-proof it should be. The buggy will often be used in the rain and put away wet, so mold is a concern. We've been discussing if it's better to have a nice cosy 'shed' or if this will lead to stale air and more mold, or a semi-open structure would be better that allows the wind to blow through and keep it fresh but could allow some rain in when it's raining sideways.

I had initially thought about basically a fenced pen with a paved floor and felted roof but the question is how 'sealed' it should all be.

Any suggestions or advice on construction?

You don't want buggies to go rusty and mouldy, so it should be pretty sealed...

You can buy ready made tool sheds,

Sheds are never air tight and so generally speaking have a good flow of air through them

Yeah but I don't want it to be taller than needed. Initially we planned one of those plastic garden storage boxes but not sure we can get one that large.
