Building Control Notice - per job or per room?

Hello everyone, I'm sorry if this is answered somewhere else I'm having a nightmare searching.

I need to partition two rooms into four, one is a bedroom into 2 bedrooms, the other is the kitchen into a seperate kitchen/utility area. Would this require two building control notices to be submitted or just the one? I'd be doing the work at the same time.

Again sorry if this a silly question or I'm not seeing wood for trees.
