BULK SMS TEXTING

How can i send out bulk sms text messages in one go i have free unlimited sms texting and i would like to send out monthly sms appointment messages to my tenants.

is there a programme i can use or can i use the dvd which came with the phone it has tools but not sure if i can send bulk.

what is the easiest way

My SonyEricsson software will allow sending of messages just like email to many people together. That's from PC through phone not direct on phone.
