burying shower pipes in plaster

Was going to build a stud wall but decided it would look much better to bury the pipes

Should I chase out enough space to burry them, clip them with pipe clips so they are sturdy, then chip the plaster either side of it, and drywall over it so there is a gap and no plaster on pipes.

sleeve the pipes with plastic pipe, pipe conduit etc then just plaster over.

how do you do the bends where they come out into shower fitting?

I bought 21.5mm overflow pipe to sleeve it in
