Buzzing noise in bathroom

It sounds like a dying wasp. I thought it was the tap in the bath. I know toilet-valves can whistle but the washer in my valve in the toilet was fixed last year or not long before that. I had that very loud whistling vibration problem which is why i had it renewed.

I can't see a dying wasp anywhere and it comes and goes. Is it the plumbing?

Good point, the stop-tap adjustment is a whole other story so I won't be able to turn the water off for now.

it was an Old Spice aerosol can.
