That particular poster also posts here under another name and has shown that he does not even know what country he lives in. Maybe he cannot get 1.0mm cheaper than 1.5mm but I have never come across that problem.

I know very well what country I live in thankyou.
Oh - so you are a liar then, as you claim to live in a different one.

If you know very well where you live and assert something to the contrary they you are knowingly telling an untruth.

Stop lying.

Just trying to help the OP from wasting money unnecessarily.
No - you're indulging your obsession.

Virtually all the posts said 1.5 mm was unnecessary. Except perhaps for very long feeds.
There were other reasons given for using 1.5mm² including, as I said, versatility.

Do you honestly think that anyone who reads the thread you linked to is not going to see those posts, and is going to agree with your interpretation, or is there actually something wrong with you?

THIS IS THE COUNTRY OF IRELAND. FULL STOP. END OF STORY.
No it is not.

You live in Londonderry, which is in the United Kingdom.

This is its flag:

The island of Ireland is not a single country. It contains two.

Part of it is in the United Kingdom.

Part of it is the Republic of Ireland. But you do not live in that part.

NOW CEASE AND DESIST.
It is not I who needs to cease and desist anything.

I am the one telling the truth.

You are the one who is telling lies. And that is what you need to cease and desist.

MOD: Thread has descended into off topic bickering and is now closed.
