That's never 6mm². The pipes next to it look like 15mm (diameter)
That cable is only 1mm² or 1.5mm².
That grey T&E is 'sharing' two joist notches with 22mm copper pipe, and the sheath size is at least half of that diameter, i.e. > 11mm, so it must be at least 4mm² T&E, and I would say that it's 6mm².

However, the shower rating is unknown, and the method used ('entwined indirect') isn't defined in BS7671.

Assumption for all such (poor QC and practices) works is simple, assume the worse and if on further investigation it's better than it seems, then hey that's sort of better.

I view such with a pessimistic attitude, optimistic tends to be asking for trouble.
