Any advice on preferred choice of 3 pair telephone cable and coaxial for digital set-up.

Virgin are the specified provider and multi-room to be used downstairs, upstairs are going to be connected in loft for digi aerial.
Virgin use a triple screened cable ( some American spec cable ) but I believe WF100 does work ! I ran mine in the virgin cable as I had a mate at Virgin who gave me a reel
