Cable size help

Evening, i am installing 3 x 2100w hand dryers on one circuit. Each dryer will be fused with a 13a FCU.

As each unit is individually fused can i use 2.5mm on a 16a breaker. Or do i need to run the whole circuit in 4mm?

What sort of premises are these being installed in and the location(room not town) please?

9 amps each, and 3 of them on a 16A breaker?
Presumably they could all be used at the same time.

2.5mm cable can be rated any where between 13.5A and 33A according to type and how it is run.
