Hi

Do smoke detectors have to be interlinked with a red fire rated cable (To distinguish) like FP200 and fed with a 1.5mm T&E on it's own circuit from the CCU, or off an existing none RCD lighting circuit in a domestic dwelling.

Also

Is it perfectly acceptable to wire an house in Twin and Earth LSZH cable, instead of the normal spec T&E

Just tell your electrician where you want your interlinked detectors and let him worry about the cabling.

If that's what you want your electrician to use, specify it. It will cost you more.

What cabling would you recommend though , because I have read on the internet that interconnections should be fire rated red cable, even though most do it in 3 core T&E

If you aren't out of the house before a linked detector has failed to go off because a regular interlink cable has burned away then you won't be leaving until after the men with large zip-up bags arrive.

:D Yeah common sense, I see your point.

Just did not want to go against any regulations, that recommend to do so.

In a domestic property there is no requirement to use special red, or LSF cabling between smoke alarms.

Firetuf cables etc are only necessary on fire protection systems etc where LPCB approval to BS5839-1 a requirement.
