Look for your area and choose someone who lists working on gas cooker appliances.
If it stays lit, and can't be turned, it needs to be checked out rather than a diy repair.
If it is clear it is more complicated than a broken knob, I personally would not take the risk, especially if it were my own gas oven, in my own house. Even more-so on a barge where I expect escape time is restricted and limited.
