Junker has today declared that Britain will not leave the EU ('no Plan B' etc). So presumably we do not now need to hold this tedious referendum......?

Europe will never let the UK leave the EU because it is a cash cow and somewhere to offload their unemployed, if the referendum throws up the wrong result they will just have another like they did in Ireland,and Portugal.
Merkal has said openly that even if they do give Camoron a few cosmetic concessions the process of further intergration will continue.
What ever Camoron gets from Europe it will only slow down the process and not reverse it.
