Camray 5 boiler heating on even when switched off at controller

Hi. Hope someone can help. The heating is switched off but the radiators are still getting hot when the hot water is set to on. Hope someone can point me in the right direction for what might be wrong

The diverter valve has jammed and keeping the micro switch on and therefore your heating get a boiler fitter.Bob

Thanks Bob. I will call the company that service my boiler. Do you know if it's an expensive fix
