Can anyone identifiy this tap / cartridge

We've got a dripping tap, that's getting worse!

I've been to a local plumbers merchants, who provided replacement Bristan cartridges, which fit in the mixer perfectly, though the handle/knob then didn't fit back on, so I had to return them!

Can anyone please identify the tap or cartridge below?

Try B&Q it looks standard type check tap head fits on splines and thread into tap is the same. Failing that you will have an uphill struggle finding same, so new tap as suggested.,

Thompson and what? Oh, Leigh! A Kent based merchant, and the OP is in Lancashire. Not that near.

Seco is correct. There's a better chance of winning the lottery jackpot than walking in to a merchant and finding the correct CD cartridges.

New cheapo kitchen taps around £30. You will waste a lot of time and effort looking for replacement ceramic cartridges. Worst things ever invented and sold.
