Hi. Is anyone able to recommend a good closed cell, high R-value expanding foam for sealing gaps around window frames (I'm in the UK)? I've googled a fair bit but trying to find actual data on the type of foam/R-values is like trying to draw blood from a stone...

They are all more or less the same, and any slight differences will be irrelevant for gap filling purposes
