Hi- subject says it really.

Is the ideal to do a whole room in SLC in one go, and if I can't, can I simply pour up to the hardened edge the next day without e.g. expansion crack issues developing later. (SLC is on concrete/ cement to be tiled over).

Also, can you put SLC on top of hardened SLC?

Many thanks.

Cannot see it being a problem. Self levelling compound is designed to be built up in layers for deep sections and it bonds and settles very well when laid up to or onto previous layers.
