Can I fit a cat flap to this door?

Is it possible to fit a cat flap to this door?

If so, how would I go about doing it?

Yes though it will not leave a very neat finish unless the cat flap is as narrow as one of the panel.

Would I need to use a jigsaw and cut through the door as it is?
