Can i put sealant over sealant?

Hi, i live in a fairly new house, was built a year ago.


The seal along the shower cubical that is against the wall / tiles has started to look like its coming a little away from the tiles, the rest looks fine although it does looks thinly put on.


Because most is fine i was wondering can i just go over it all to thicken it a bit while also covering the parts that look like they are coming away slightly?


Or does it all have to come off first?
