Hi,

Have a slow leak into the pan. Have taken the flush valve out to check the washer & notice that the bit it attaches to looks damaged.
Can I get this replaced or do I need a whole new flush valve?

Thanks

Thanks for replies

I've been to local plumber shop and they said better off replacing whole thing.

Went to B&Q to get replacement, but the only one they had was one with a cable, which I bought anyway thinking I could just replace the current push button.

However, even though the width says fits 1.5" and 2", the bracket which it sits in screws into the bottom of the cistern, it does not have a backing nut. So, the one i've bought is far too narrow.
Have looked at all the links in your posts, and on the fluidmaster website but unable to find the one I've got.
Not sure what the next step is??
